okbd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions & Applicability

In this Terms & Conditions document ("Terms"), the following words have the meanings given below:

• "Platform" refers to the okbd website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user profile created through registration on okbd.
• "Services" refers to all gaming facilities provided through okbd, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and card games.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or rewards granted by okbd to a user subject to specific conditions.

These Terms apply to all persons using the okbd platform from Bangladesh. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on okbd, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Registration using false, misleading, or another person's information is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided is entirely accurate and your own.
• You have read and fully agree to these Terms.
• You do not have a previous account that was closed by okbd.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address are prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

okbd may at any time request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete. If a user registers by providing false age information, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on okbd is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be sent from the user's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of chargebacks, reversals, or any form of fraudulent payment activity, okbd reserves the right to immediately suspend the account. All remaining balances may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

okbd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total wager required before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• okbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

6 Gaming Rules & Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

okbd believes in fair play. The outcome of all games on the platform is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulation or rigging of game results is not possible, and any such claim will not be accepted.

6.2 Betting Rules

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, okbd's designated market rules apply. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, okbd will refund or settle wagers according to its own policy. Both multi-bets and single bets are available on the platform.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, okbd will determine the outcome based on the last valid server record. okbd reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbd platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or hacking.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Betting or playing on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Using or copying okbd's intellectual property without permission.
• Using the platform to harass others or send harmful messages.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by okbd

okbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback.
• Self-exclusion request in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account at any time, you may send a written request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled, and if bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

okbd accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from a user's own carelessness or negligent disclosure of information.
• Losses arising from a user's financial decisions or betting choices.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

okbd's total liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the total value of the transaction in question. okbd is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee the elimination of all technical risks despite the highest security measures.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

okbd places the highest priority on protecting users' personal data. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure. 11 Responsible Gaming
